Welcome to DB DISTRO. By accessing or using our website and placing wholesale orders, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Membership

DB DISTRO operates as a wholesale distributor. Access to wholesale pricing and order placement requires an approved wholesale account.
Customers must be at least 21 years of age and represent a valid retail business (e.g., smoke shop, convenience store, or distributor).

2. Orders & Payments

Minimum order requirements may apply.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, check, or other approved methods.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from our warehouse. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
