Refund and Returns Policy

At DB DISTRO, we strive to ensure every order is accurate and delivered in excellent condition. Please review our wholesale return policy below:
Returns Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Only unused, unopened products in original packaging are eligible.
- Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-returnable.
Return Authorization
- All returns require prior written authorization (RMA number).
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- DB DISTRO will issue store credit or a replacement for defective items at our discretion.
Refunds / Store Credit
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
- DB DISTRO issues refunds only in the form of store credit, which can be applied toward future orders.
- Store credits will be applied to the customer’s account within 5–10 business days of receiving the authorized return.
